🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns generally cannot be accepted for:

• Change of mind after placing an order.

• Products that have been used, damaged, modified, or altered by the customer.

• Personal care products that have been opened or used.

• Customized or personalized products made specifically for the customer.

We recommend carefully checking your order and product details before completing your purchase.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the conditions of this policy.

After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved:

• The refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, where possible.

• If the original payment method is not available, an alternative refund method may be arranged by mutual agreement.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

📦 Return Shipping

If the return is required because of an error on our part — such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product — JJ Square will bear the applicable return shipping cost.

If a return request does not meet the conditions of this Return & Refund Policy, the return may be rejected and the customer may be responsible for any applicable shipping costs.
